Cecily is the Best! My family and I love having brunch at Hudson's, and Cecily is a big reason why. In our opinion, she's hands down the best server around. She's always so fun, joyful, and welcoming--it seriously makes our day when we see she's taking care of us. Hudson's is already a great spot, but having someone like Cecily there takes it to another level. They've got a true gem on their team. We always look forward to seeing her and can't recommend her enough!

Food is good. Prices are expensive. Been here for happy hour preciously and it was solid. Came for late lunch and the club salad was good just expensive.

My wife and I were fortunate to find Hudson's Bar and Grill. The food, both regular and happy hour, is wonderful. The staff are great; courteous and attentive. They are pet friendly, with indoor seating in the bar area. The patrons with pets are are responsible and our tripod golden retriever enjoys the quiet atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem in Vancouver.

Liked the overall vibe of the restaurant with the lodge feel and the fire places. The service was a little slow but everyone was nice. The food was good. Large portion sizes. I'd come back again for a nice breakfast.

Went here for brunch while Christmas shopping. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, but especially so during the holidays. There is a fireplace that was roaring in the dining room and very lively, and pleasant crowd. Coffee was very good and I liked that they left the thermal carafe on the table so that we could refill it ourselves . I ordered a California omelette, and while it was plentiful on avocado, I thought it came with bacon, as that's been my experience with California omelettes in the past. It did not so I was disappointed. I would not order that particular omelette again. My dining companion had the steak omelette and I did have a taste of that and thought it was phenomenal and highly recommend that. The breakfast potatoes were incredible! They had finely diced bell peppers and onions that were sautéed and the potatoes were cooked just perfectly. The sourdough toast that came with it was pretty good as was the strawberry and the Marion Berry jams, but my toast was very clearly and visibly burned, and I'm surprised that it was served to me that way. I didn't need it all so it wasn't a big deal, but kind of on the sloppy side to have served it in the first place. The service was adequate, not particularly warm or friendly, but efficient.

We stayed at Hudson's and had their happy hour and a small brekky before going home. All of the food was phenomenal! The servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. The vibe is cozy cabin rustic chic.

Overall, a positive experience. The service was excellent. Wife had filet mignon and said it was delish and perfectly cooked. I had the halibut and had to send it back as it was overcooked. Second time around, it was perfect. Ambiance is rustic lodge, so fairly informal. Tablecloths would be a nice addition.
